Rotonde de Cartier Single Push-Piece Tourbillon Chronograph W1580032

In 2005 and for the first time in watchmaking history, Cartier presented a movement that combined two key complications - the single push-piece chronograph and the tourbillon - in the caliber 9431 MC. This highly original combination gave rise to the Rotonde de Cartier tourbillon single push-piece watch, which is distinguished by both its exceptional technical characteristics and delicate silhouette. A platinum case houses this outstanding complication and displays the elegance of a contemporary, pared-down design.

Numbered edition limited to 50 timepieces. Tourbillon complication combined with a single push-piece chronograph. Case in 18K rose gold, circular-grained crown set with a sapphire cabochon, sapphire crystal, galvanic guilloché slate-colored dial, openwork satin-brushed silvered grid with sunray finish, black transferred Roman numerals, sword-shaped blued-steel hands, sapphire case back, alligator-skin strap, double adjustable deployant buckle in 18K rose gold, water resistant to 30 meters/100 feet.
