The Breitling Chronomat, which first made its debut into the world in 1941 and is the inspiration for the Breitling Navitimer, is one of Breitling's most popular models. This classic is a wonderful amalgamation of modern complications and conveniences while staying true to the original inspiration – to hold a Breitling Chronomat is to hold a piece of the best of the past and present in your hand.

Whether you're being king of the boardroom, rock climbing, freestyle diving, or putting the finishing touches to your look for that hot date, this watch is a statement that you need to make!
Whether you're looking for trendy, classic, or both, choices abound. In a steel case, the selfwinding chronograph comes with a Pearl dial, leather strap and tang-type buckle; an Onyx black dial and steel Pilot bracelet, or a leather strap and tang-type buckle; and a Blackeye blue dial with a steel Pilot bracelet. The steel and 18k rose gold case models come with a Sierra silver dial and two-tone Pilot bracelet, or a Croco strap and tang-type buckle; an Onyx black dial with a Croco or leather strap and tang-type buckle. Chronomat 41 Airborne
A special series in the Chronomat range, the Chronomat 41 Airborne is for the aviation enthusiast. With the ultra-technical look and expert performance one expects from such an instrument, this 41 and 44mm watch is the perfect mate to your leather bomber and aviators! Now, flying isn't restricted to the skies - cars seem to do their fair share. So, the next time you're out racing your car or watching some else race theirs, you can use your Chronomat to time anything from the entire race to certain laps.
On the other hand, if you enjoy the best of both worlds and want a watch that can go with you from air to sea, have no fear because this watch is water-resistant up to 300m!
This beauty comes in a steel case with a Sierra silver or Onyx black dial, military strap and folding clasp. If you like it a bit flashy, Breitling offers you a made-to-measure selection, which includes a Pilot bracelet.
The Chronomat GMT is ideal for those who possess a traveler's soul. This Manufacture Breitling Caliber 04 is definitely generous with its size – it comes with a 47mm diameter, which does make it easy to read under all circumstances. Called the true traveler's watch, it comes with a crown-adjustable second timezone system which allows you to keep track of the hour elsewhere and properly time those phone calls home. This may be especially useful if you're off on a diving expedition somewhere and, thanks to its water-resistance upto 500m, you suddenly realize it's time to call your girlfriend back home!
Your selfwinding chronograph comes in several avatars — in a steel case with a Metallica blue or Onyx black dial and a steel Pilot bracelet; a Blackeye gray dial, Ocean Racer strap and pushbutton folding clasp; a Sierra silver dial with a Croco strap and tang-type buckle; and a Blackeye blue dial with a Diver Pro III strap and tang-type buckle.
It also comes in two limited edition models: One has a satin-finish steel case with an Onyx black dial and steel satin-finish Pilot bracelet; the other model is called 'Blacksteel' and is available in only 1,000 pieces. As the name suggests, it has a black steel case with an Onyx black dial, a Diver Pro III strap and a pushbutton folding clasp in black steel. The Blacksteel edition comes with a rotating Bezel that provides a third timezone reading. One thing to bear in mind with these limited editions is that they are water-resistant only upto 200m.
