The Breitling Superocean is your introduction to a whole new world - life on the water and beneath it! Men the world over have always been drawn to the ocean for its sheer power and mystery - beauty and treachery rolled into one, and an awesome force that every man is compelled to tame!

Why do you want a Breitling Superocean?

The Breitling Superocean has a timeless design, elegant simplicity and durability that makes it a fabulous addition to anyone's watch collection. While essentially a diver's watch, the Breitling Superocean is best meant for the man who truly appreciates unadorned and simplistic elegance, power and beauty - much like the ocean. Whatever your sport: diving, surfing, SUP, kayaking or open water swimming, the Breitling Superocean completes your gear collection and will not let you down.

Meet the Breitling Superocean series:

Superocean 42

If you want a watch with personality, the Superocean 42 is the one for you. It gives a little color play with the choice of a red, blue, yellow or silver beveled inner bezel surrounding the Abyss black dial, with this touch of brightness being reflected in the tip of the second hand as well. The selfwinding movement is protected by steel case water-resistant to 1,500m, with a safety valve that balances the pressure within the watch and without.

The Superocean 42 versions come with a yellow dial with a Diver Pro III strap and tang-type buckle, a silver dial with an Ocean Racer strap and a pushbutton folding clasp, an Abyss red dial with a Superocean leather strap and tang-type buckle, and an Abyss black dial with a steel Professional III bracelet.

If you're really lucky, you may be able to get your hands on one of the 2,000-piece limited issue blue on blue or exclusive orange versions as well! There is also a boutique edition which comes with a black steel case with a black dial bearing a Diver Pro III strap and a pushbutton folding clasp in black steel, or in a steel case with an Abyss turquoise dial and a steel Professional III bracelet. And if these still don't meet with your exacting tastes, there's always a made-to-measure.

Superocean 44

A slightly larger model, the Superocean 44 has a subtly redesigned with applied sloping numerals that heighten the quarters and color-play against the black background. This 44mm model, water-resistant to 2,000m, 44 offers an added touch of elegance courtesy of bezels with an 18k rose gold ring.

In the models with the satin-finish steel case, there is an Abyss white dial with a steel Professional III bracelet or a Superocean leather strap and tang-style buckle, an Abyss orange dial with a Superocean leather strap and tang-style buckle, a Abyss blue dial with a steel Professional III bracelet, an Abyss yellow dial with an Ocean Racer strap and a pushbutton folding clasp, and an Abyss red dial with a steel Professional III bracelet. The steel and 18k rose gold case model comes with an Abyss white dial, leather strap and tang-style buckle.

Superocean Chronograph II

The chronograph version of the Superocean series, the Superocean Chronograph II combines high performance selfwinding movement with a young, modern look. The seconds hand, calendar aperture and signature on the model bear the same color accents which elegantly highlight them against the black dial. This 44mm model, water resistant to a depth of 500m, is also available with a steel and rose gold bezel.

With a satin-finish steel case, this model is available in an Abyss red dial with a Superocean leather strap and tang-type buckle, an Abyss white dial with an Ocean Racer strap and a pushbutton folding clasp, an Abyss orange dial with a satin-finished steel Professional III bracelet, an Abyss yellow dial with a Superocean leather strap and tang-type buckle, and an Abyss blue dial with a Superocean leather strap and tang-type buckle. The steel and 18k rose gold case model comes with an Abyss white dial, leather strap and tang-type buckle.

As with all good things, it is also available made-to-measure.

Superocean Chronograph M2000

Considered the champion of the depths, the Superocean Chronograph M2000 is equipped with an exclusive magnetic pushpiece system which makes it the first chronograph to be water-resistant and fully operational at a depth of 2,000m. The 4mm-thick sapphire crystal gives exceptional sturdiness to the 46mm timepiece, whose black dial is enhanced by red, black, blue or green-tinged counters.

This SuperQuartz chronograph is available in a steel case with a Volcano black dial and black zones and a steel Professional III bracelet or an Ocean Racer strap and a pushbutton folding clasp; red zones with a Superocean leather strap and tang-style buckle, blue zones with a steel Professional III bracelet, and green zones with a Superocean leather strap and tang-type buckle. As always, you may also have the fun of made-to-measure.
